Contact CarrierStat

One address for everything: contact@carrierstat.com. We read every message and reply to anything that needs an answer.

Reporting a data error

Every figure on this site names the dataset and snapshot date it came from, so the fastest way to get an error fixed is to tell us three things: the page URL, the number or record you believe is wrong, and where the correct value is published (an FMCSA SAFER record, a UCR Plan notice, an IFTA matrix row, a section of the CFR). We treat a confirmed discrepancy as a bug and fix the page, not just the one figure.

If the error is in the underlying government feed rather than in our computation, we will say so on the affected page and point to the official source, because we do not silently edit source data.

Carrier records and personal data

CarrierStat never publishes phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, or company-officer names from the FMCSA census file, and we do not maintain contact lists of any kind. If you believe this site shows something about you or your company that it should not, write to the address above with the page URL and we will review it. Requests about the underlying registration itself (name, status, authority) have to go to FMCSA, since we only mirror what the agency publishes.

Privacy questions

Our privacy policy describes the little we collect. For any request about personal data, or to ask how a page is produced, use the same address. See About & Data Sources for the datasets, update cadence and accuracy policy behind the site.

What we do not do

We do not give legal, tax or compliance advice, we do not file registrations on anyone's behalf, and we do not sell data or leads. Questions about a specific carrier's authority, insurance or registration should go to FMCSA at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov or the relevant state agency.
